Accolade Catering is a family business celebrating 25 years of catering at Ern Halliday, Point Walter, Woodman Point, and Bickley Recreation Camps. We are a leader in recreation camp catering, holding to our traditional family business principles, core values, and catering ethos, whilst simultaneously providing innovation, through a process of continuous improvement.

Accolade Catering shares a vision with CITS to provide our mutual clients with an “Essence of the Camp Experience” creating positive memories that will be recalled throughout life’s journey. As a result, our menus and catering service include innovations designed to capture this experience.

Accolade Catering’s Ethos is to provide quality, flavourful, and nutritious fare, sourced from local suppliers, that are freshly prepared onsite, complemented by professional and personable service, and available at an accessible price point.

Accolade Catering’s Risk Management Assurance is underpinned by adherence to an Australian standard food safety, health, and hygiene policy. We conduct risk assessments for client allergen catering ahead of all arriving groups, prepare meals in dedicated kitchen areas, and conduct client inductions upon arrival. We remain committed to offering special dietary catering to clients at no additional cost.

At Accolade Catering, it is our dedicated team of Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands who host you, and assume responsibility for Customer Service. We highly value and accept all customer feedback as learning opportunities and as essential elements of our continuous improvement program, in which we are constantly improving our methods to uphold the highest standards possible within recreational camp catering.
