cold seafood whole cooked prawns (30), oysters (15), mussels (15), smoked salmon with cream cheese on rye with caper (15) $150

hot seafood to include fish goujons, tempura prawns, salt & pepper squid, thai fish cakes, crumbed baby scallop (20 serves of each ) $80 

fresh fruit and vegetable crudite (serves 30) $70

freshly baked roll with selected cold meats, cheese, salad & condiments, juice box, fresh seasonal piece of fruit and biscuit 
 hot lunch (lun4)  $13 per person
open beef burgers or sausage sizzle or homemade pizza all served with garden salad and fresh whole seasonal fruit
additions - wedges, chilli & sour cream $4.20 per person   

buffet service is included (excludes packed lunch) prices are based on numbers of 20 - 50 people.  group discounts apply: 51 - 100 = 5% discount. 100 plus = 10% discount.
