  • roast loin of beef with demi glaze and mustards   or   roast herbed chicken with a light chicken jus   or   lemon peppered snapper fillets with tartare & fresh lemon   or   lean beef lasagne   or   vegetable lasagne
        served with rosemary roasted potatoes, cumin roasted pumpkin, tossed green
        leaves, greek salad, bread basket & butter

choose 1 for $20  or   2 for $24  or  3 for $28
   
  executive buffet (din3)
  • roast angus scotch fillet of beef with natural jus & mustards   or   corn fed chicken breast in a natural white wine jus   or   fresh local snapper fillets with tartare & lemon wedge   or   mediterranean vegetable lasagne

         served with rosemary roasted potatoes, cumin roasted pumpkin, tossed green 
         leaves, greek salad, chef's salad, continental bread basket & butter
